“Henry ran the half marathon in a personal best time of 1:44:43 beating his previous -and first -time by 3 minutes. Well done!

Henry has also raised £1316.08 in sponsorship, so thank you to all his supporters. This will pay for 20 children to be educated for a whole year -so really worthwhile.

This years Bournemouth Marathon Festival also saw a team of Cementing Futures supporters, including Soproptimists from Bournemouth, Poole and Southampton, along with relatives and friends manned the hydration station near Bournemouth Pier.

They managed to distribute over 4000 bottles of water to the thirsty runners, had a great time and raised £465 for the charity… Another success.
