Cementing Futures Goals

Our goal is to offer underprivileged children in the slums of Dhaka, Bangladesh, sufficient education to enter the state system when the opportunity arises.

Currently, at Nijera Shikhi in Adabor district, we are supporting 55 children who will have completed 3 years education in December 2015 but have no state school to move on to at the moment. We need to raise funds for them to continue their education and also support this year’s 20 entrants to the pre-primary class.

At Mohammadpur Literacy Centre we will continue to support the education of 30 girls per year prior to their entering the state system.

The need for education of these deprived children is immense and there are many more children we would like to help when we raise sufficient funds.
